Randy Aldrich has been a resident of the greater Springfield community for 46+ years. He grew up working with his father in the Construction trade and after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree he worked as an independent remodeling/painting contractor until 2001. It was in 2001 that Randy obtained his Real Estate Broker’s license and has since had the pleasure of serving hundreds of families in the process of buying and selling their homes. After working for a smaller Real Estate company in the area Randy was quickly noticed and recruited by the owners of the #1 office in the area RE/MAX Professionals. By 2004 he became the #1 Single Selling Agent and has received numerous other awards to honor his achievements both locally and abroad including his induction into the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame in 2006. He consistently remains in the top 2% of agents in Central Illinois. He has also obtained his GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) designation and his CRS (Certified Residential Specialists) designation that ranks him among the top 4% of Real Estate Agents worldwide.
